Wellesley regularly undertakes Construction Adjudications for Clients (we have done more than 130 so far) in the construction industry who, sadly, have fallen into dispute.
We are very experienced in processing claims for non-payment, failures in the certification process, delay, variations, loss and expense, final accounts and defects. Our Clients include all parts of the construction industry supply chain, from large developers, main contractors (we act for some of the largest construction companies in the United Kingdom), sub-contractors, family-owned construction companies and insolvency practitioners.
