Alan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders and is a projects manager with 35 years of experience, he has a well rounded working knowledge of the Construction Industry and is fully conversant with the aspects required to build and maintain teamwork at the sharp end of the construction process. He actively manages the projects and having been involved in the design and pre tender phases is able to get the construction moving quickly so that projects are delivered on time.
Paul studied at Brighton Polytechnic School of Architecture and became a Chartered Architect in 1989 and has practiced for both private and public sector clients since then. After qualifying Paul started his own practice and became involved with a large range of projects, including private clients residential development, leisure and community builds and offices. In addition, education sector projects have always been at the forefront of Paul’s workload. Paul has a hands on, professional and caring approach to his Projects.
Mike is a highly experienced construction lawyer with over 35 years experience of dealing with the legal aspects of the construction and engineering industries. He has unique professional qualifications, in both law and engineering, having studied mechanical engineering at the University of Bath before completing his law exams at the University of Western England in 1987. He is a very experienced and pragmatic construction lawyer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
John is Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a very experienced quantity surveyor and commercial manager with nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry and has gained extensive knowledge across a wide range of construction projects. He advises on all aspects of procurement, tendering and evaluation, and has been a Client and Contractor Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator on a very wide range of projects extending from University Buildings to Cancer Drug Production Facilities. His breadth of experience is second to none.
Michael is an accredited Health and Safety Advisor and holds the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction. NEBOSH is a leading global organisation responsible for delivering safety and environmental solutions across the planet and is recognised as a leading training provider whose qualifications are recognised by the Health and Safety Executive in the United Kingdom.
He has the responsibility throughout the Wellesley group for all best practises and compliance with legislation for all matters related to Health & Safety and the Environment. He works alongside the other senior members of the Wellesley management team ensuring that your projects comply with all health and safety and environmental legislation. His experience includes working for a large building consultancy which was engaged by a large number of high profile construction and development companies. His particular area of focus is within housing, social housing, schools. Charities, the NHS, TFL and high profile buildings such at the Natural History Museum.
Michael holds a BSC Degree in Building Surveying and is currently working towards CIOB and RICS qualifications. He holds the NEBOSH qualification and also TECHIOSH and AaPS membership status.
