We provide a professional yet hands on approach backed by extensive industry experience. These services are delivered by a lead member of our team, working with other professionals in our organisation, including our design team, project managers and our legal team. We cover all stages of the project, from early feasibility cost plans through to the final account. We provide advice on appropriate forms of contract and procurement and manage the tender process to ensure that there is commercial certainty on a Project and that risk allocation is thoroughly understood. Once on site we prepare interim valuations, manage change and prepare the final account.
We always work hard to avoid disputes however we can assist if needed with disputed accounts including debt recovery.
